Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM / Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Last Wash:
8:30 PM (customers must start their last wash by this time).
Our laundromat is primarily coin-operated. However, many of our modern machines are also equipped with mobile app payment options for a faster, more convenient experience.
Yes, our facility is fully attended during all operating hours. Our knowledgeable staff speaks English and Spanish and is on hand to provide five-star customer service, assist with machines, and keep the store clean and organized.
For your comfort and convenience, we offer plenty of seating, folding tables, and large, high-definition TVs. We also have drinks, snacks, various laundry products for sale, and a secure parking lot with surveillance cameras for your safety. We also offer essential add-on services like phone recharge (Boss Revolution) and bill payment options.
We sure do! We have washers that can take up to 80 lbs. of laundry—that’s 8 loads or roughly 3 or 4 queen size comforters. We have plenty of washers and dryers in a good mix of sizes that can altogether handle over 1600 lbs. of laundry.
Wash and Fold FAQs: How We Do Laundry
We do not charge an additional fee for spot treatment—it is already included in our wash and fold service, and we use Shout to pre-treat stains. We sort laundry by separating whites versus colors.
Please note that additional services, such as enhanced separation or specific product requests, may incur an added fee.
We use a variety of high-quality laundry products in both powder and liquid forms, including popular brands like Ariel, Gain, Tide, Arm & Hammer, Foca, and Roma. We also offer softeners like Suavitel and Downy, along with Clorox bleach products for whites and colors.
Our trained attendants use professional folding techniques. We match up pairs of socks and fold them in a way to prevent the elastic from stretching. We also accommodate special instructions, such as folding sport collar shirts flat to prevent wrinkles and preserve their form.
We will neatly fold these. If requested, we can also hang these for a small fee per hanger ($0.25 each).
Yes, we accommodate special washing or folding requests. If dropping off at our laundromat in Palm Springs, FL, please let our attendant know of your custom needs. If scheduling a service online, please input notes in the Preferences or Special Instructions fields.
In the rare event an item is lost or damaged, we immediately conduct an internal investigation, including reviewing security footage and speaking with staff. If we cannot locate a lost item or if the damage is our fault, we take accountability and work directly with the client to agree on a fair refund amount.
Please note, for pickup and delivery orders we are not responsible for losses and damages to your items before driver pick-up or after driver delivery.
Wash & Fold FAQs: Pricing, Turnaround, and Hours
Our professional wash and fold service starts at $1.49 per pound, with a 10 lb minimum. This covers expert washing, drying, and folding. Please note that same-day orders require an additional fee and must be placed by 12 PM (excluding weekends).
What is the typical turnaround time for wash and fold?
Our standard service turnaround time is two days. Next-day is available if you drop off your order by 2PM. If you require same-day service (available on weekdays only), your order must be dropped off at the store by the 12 PM cutoff time, and an additional rush fee will apply. We strive to be quicker than the competition while maintaining excellent quality.
No worries! For in-store service, we’ll hang onto your order for 30 days, keeping it all safely stored in the back until you come pick it up.
If after 30 days you do not pick up your order, we will donate your items to a local charity.
Pickup & Delivery FAQs: Pricing, Turnaround, and Hours
Our laundry pickup and delivery service is priced at $2.00 per pound (with a 10 lb minimum). This fee includes the convenience of doorstep service and guaranteed next-day turnaround.
Most orders are ready and returned the next business day. Since our delivery operates Monday through Friday, please note that orders picked up on Friday will be returned on Monday.
For pickup and delivery orders, we understand that sometimes next-day is too soon. So, when you schedule your service online, you can choose a delivery date beyond the next available delivery date—whatever works for you!
Not at all. When scheduling your service online, input notes into the Preferences or Special Instructions fields letting us know where you will leave the laundry for our driver to find on your scheduled pick-up day and where our driver can leave your order on your scheduled delivery day.
Please be as descriptive as possible so our driver can locate your laundry. Missed pick-ups incur a $10 fee.
Generally it's available daily but driver schedule can fill up fast so please sign in a reserve your pick-up and drop-off windows as soon as possible.
Kitchen trash bags or really, any disposable bag that closes is most ideal.
If you have recurring services turned on in your account, you can pause them or put them on hold. Just sign in and follow the prompts under Manage My Account.
If you do not place your service on hold, you may incur missed pickup fees of $10 per instance.

You will be charged for service when your order is complete and ready to deliver. We will weigh your laundry after is it cleaned and price it based on the final, clean, dry (and often lighter) finished weight. We will charge the card you provided us when you submitted your order.
